Ann: Letter to Shareholders, page-2

I am not sure I am interested in taking part in this placement , given the dismissive attitude the company has had towards retail shareholders over the last year .
There has been a lack of updates to retail shareholders on how the plant has performed or the ability to get it up to name plate IMHO , be interesting to know if the top 20 shareholders have been treated the same by the company as some seem to have been prepared to increase their holdings, what do they know that we do not know ?
