your maths is a bit out - 10 shares would give you 1.25 loyalty options (rounded down to 1)
but you're right in that you don't have to do anything to get them - I also note that the record date for these has not been set yet so any additional shares you buy before the record date will be eligible for 1/8 loyalty options.
