I have to admit what with all the quotations sought and dates changed, offers cancelled etc, I propose that someone who has a clear understanding of this "mess" that they would outline , in simple numbers what happens and when.
i.e remove the gobbledygook from the doublespeak.
i might suggest an example my be...
Shareholder Fred has 100,000 BPH ..as of today.
What does Fred get from BPH ? i.e Shares/options
What are Fred's oligations ?
i think 100,000 unit size makes extrapolation or such easy for all.
( i think i know... but some KNOW they know, cheers )
