They are planning an EGM in the Qtr that the DFS is due to land (which has been signalled as Q4 CY2022). I would think there is a fair chance there will be resolutions related to a DFS content.
Which would suggest they are confident of having a DFS - or big components like engineering or finance outcomes - published to market prior.
