Doesn't look like Bart 'gets it', we were offered $12.65 and now it's low $11's coz they wanted to put TPG in a small box with no voting rights while they do DD.
It's a dance now, Bart and Co will face shareholder wrath and he's a good chance of the vote being 'bye bye Bart', meanwhile TPG have to come back with something sweeter and on more pressing terms.
