Capital Raise at this juncture i would hope is not on the radar, whilst we know this highlighted statement to be true from a cash flow perspective back to SPP and fully funded programs + quarterlies report, we also don't know what the future plans are just yet.
Regardless, the CEO outlining to SH we are financially secure means he is accountable to that statement and it reads to me that one isn't coming soon™.
It likely depends on the conditions of collaborations (?CoH) and outcomes of/if future partnerships.
But the get out of jail free wording ("though" we are keeping...) suggests to me an intention for increase cash burn in near future and possible future cap raise (? Q4 2024/25).
Either way, wouldn't hit the dilution panic alarm yet.
