they should because it is. Investors don’t like capital raises, especially when the cost of money is going up and the company needs cash to continue.
tell me - which bit of the announcement was price sensitive? It was mostly fluff, good directional fluff, it nothing new.
don’t get me wrong - I’m happy to see the update, I like what DCB is doing, but we gunna need to be even more patient than we thought.
