That's the first it has been announced though isn't it? The IV formulation as well as jdmoney mentioned. Though I think most of us following the company closely that was not entirely new either?

New is not a criteria for price sensitive I believe, though in most cases you would assume if information isn't new it wouldn't have a material affect on price. However there's the question of if your average lay person not following the day to day postings of the company would be expected to know that information. So may still be considered price sensitive.

Anyway we are kind of getting off topic my point is that it's got nothing to do with a capital raise. I usually do not care whether an announcement is classed as PS or not, I care about the content of the announcement. If you want to go through the announcement and reference all the areas that may be considered PS you are welcome to, it's not high on my to do list though
