Maybe, though it is preceding them saying they are currently well positioned. I don't think it is concrete enough in my opinion and I think it would be reasonable for any publically listed company to be watching their capital closely as they are beholden to share holders to spend that money wisely. That could just as easily be a throw away comment. Who knows with the ASX though they can be quite bipolar sometimes with what they consider PS
