A prospective collaboration with City of Hope is IMO price sensitive. This is much more than having members of their staff on our Scientific Advisory Board.
Is it possible that the format of a collaboration agreement could be:
Such a collaboration would IMO be price sensitive as the total potential future value would be significant relative to our market cap. Hinting at such a collaboration is IMO also price sensitive.
- annual payments to City of Hope for their work share within the collaboration
- performance-based payments for certain research/development milestones and commercial outcomes
- single digit royalty payment to City of Hope associated with future sales
Another angle here is around validation of the FTO program, particularly with the two teams working together.
