A lot of tax sell offs....perhaps. But with market sentiment down and interest rates up a lot of people are sitting on cash taking 4% (not keeping up with inflation) until confidence returns. Unfortunately they will miss out on multiples of 4% as confidence returns after the market has picked up. Time in the market, not timing the market.
