    The key question is:
    Is it a good deal to sell the Giro project (more than 4m oz of gold) for 5m USD + hopefully further payments later?

    The announcement of the sale led to a drop of the share price.
    So, obviously the market did not like this idea.

    I will vote AGAINST and for keeping the project.
