    They would need to commit now to pay out the 5m USD + a part of future payments as capital repayments to shareholders.

    Otherwise all money could be spent (like the millions for Giro in the DRC) with us shareholders paying everything: Director's and consulting fees, free shares (like now on the agend), etc.

    Giro was great for board members and bad for us investors losing our money.
