thanks for the help Martin, I really appreciate it. They were a definite no but reluctantly said yes when I said I knew another shareholder had been allowed to sell earlier in the month. It is a big relief to be able to get shot of them. I had contacted the liquidator previously and it sounds like a very long process before the declaration of loss will be issued. Many thanks, Jo
