Yes, I am. I lost interest in this one, until it goes back on the exchange, if it ever does.
A couple of points worth noting here:
- Drewett Pty ltd was created on 31st July, see ASIC https://connectonline.asic.gov.au/RegistrySearch/faces/landing/panelSearch.jspx?searchText=670137292&searchType=OrgAndBusNm&_adf.ctrl-state=11y9mpa74f_15
- Need to understand the impact of the Australian contracts on the ARR, and the removal of 20 employees on the OPEX.
- Key employees are still at Optima, so keeping on eye this one.
I have found some companies going into voluntary administration and going back on the exchange, but the value was significantly less.
I am still not clear on what triggered the voluntary administration, I can only assume some scenarios.
