I can understand the confusion and angst.
'in the coming weeks' seems like in the next 3 or 4 weeks.
However, grammatical logic says that it's anything less than 'in the coming months'.
In 'the coming months', you would presume means a minimum of 2-3 months (and up to anything before 'the coming years').
As far as i can see, we are therefore still comfortable within the 'in the coming weeks' threshold, which imo could be as much as 10 weeks before blurring into 'the coming months' scenario.
