LoKey I will also send mine off as soon as I get a minute. I am no Lawyer but I do think the statement "prohibited from raising money by issuing shares in the Company where a mining opportunity can provide working Capital" is a bit Vague and could easily be worked around with the slightest excuse. Perhaps you could rouse GreatWA for a better worded statement. (sorry to all that have already sent statements). However, I guess if we spill the BOD it can be amended properly.
