If you see Managing Director and CEO Chris Hansen named on the notice for re-election vote AGAINST that resolution. If we win the vote he will still be CEO but no longer on the board. This will leave a vacancy on the board so if any of you want to apply for a board position put your name forward when we get the Notice for nominations for director positions. This notice will come out very soon.
