Ann: Letter to Shareholders, page-38

Hi Esp,

I am trying to find out if we can gather up a least 50 shareholders to submit a resolution for inclusion in this coming annual general meeting.
My plan is to change the directors powers in the constitution so that mining is the primary focus to raise funds for working capital, exploration and development costs.

A resolution to "commence mining for working capital" wont be accepted for inclusion but a change to the constitution will be (I think).

I need to work on the wording for the resolution but I could use help from posters.

So if posters prefer not to email me they could signify a willingness to participate by posting a "Yes I will" and then we count them and see if we get to the magic 50 number..
