I have written what the constitution would look like if ..... and real long shot a resolution containing these changes passes.
I don't know if it is has legal logic as I am no lawyer so I will need help with this.
I will proceed to write the request for the special resolution (requires 75% of votes to pass) and an explanation for inclusion in the AGM notice.
