It's a YES from me but I think there must be some allowance for raising funds for mine works and setting up & organizing a contractor (not FMR). Definitely should have a clause for "NO" performance shares for directors until we are making a profit and shares have reached an all time high. I also welcome anyone to stand for election but preferably with mining experience, management experience with a record of getting the job done & law knowledge.
