As far as resolutions 8-10 go I will be voting against, They should be accepting shares in lieu at the 52 week high SP of 0.5c not 0.2c & no options imo. This is a rort!
After what the share holders have been through this is utter BS.
Take a look at what SP the NME directors took when it come to shares in lieu of payment (5c) & fair enough too, they let their shareholders down big time too but Ken isn't on the big bucks like JB! Their SP was only around 3c at the time & under the pump.
Sorry guys but I'm not onboard with this & don't understand what the corporate advisors are doing recommending this type of rort, do they not realise we have been 2 years in the wilderness taking pi$$ samples at mt Surprise...
Not impressed.
