1) Silver swan is too deep to mine (almost 1.5 km deep)
2) Golden Swan too small to mine
3) Windarra and Lake Johnston both mines are flooded.
4) Black Swan is low grade and need at least 100 million to refurbish and restart the plant, but some one need to buy those low grade concentrate. BHP will not buy them(not suitable for BHP Smelter)
