yeah dunno, its a spec tech stock at both sides of the market cycle. Furthermore they dudnt deliver on the nano tech to date. The legal proceedings havent help and obviously the manipulation back down by traders or whoever it is. Probably wasnt worth 1.5 bill, and probably isnt worth 40 mil.
