Nah, I don't think I'll bother with a trip across the country just to listen to JZ's latest synonyms for "imminent". If you do go to the meeting though, could you ask JZ the reason for the additional 10% placement facility? If AGY is "imminently"going to be cash flow positive once the filtration system is sorted, why would they need a potential 25% cap raise?
