Now you want to claim that the non voters are in support of the board.

That's like saying that everyone who didn't bother to vote for Brexit wanted to stay in the EU. Or anyone that didn't vote in the last Aussie election were supporting the Greens.

Everybody had a chance to vote, to take an interest....most are too apathetic which is what boards rely on all the time to get away with murder.

Under ASX rules and democracy in general, the people that vote get to determine the direction/outcome.

The only thing that matters is that enough people voted against to get a strike....anything else is pure garbage.
