I believe many many years ago before the directors were involved in BCN their a family member noticed that the owners of these tenements didn't meet their expenditure obligations as per the WA Mining Act.

They commenced proceedings in the Wardens Court and after the best part of a decade, a few visits to the Supreme Court and Wardens Court (where each time the Warden Court agreed with the family members case).

Looking from the outside in, I think OBM needed money and were concerned they would loose the tenements so agreed to settle the matter.

Has nothing to do with prosperity of the tenements now, in fact it's probably some of the best unexplored ground in the Goldfields since it's been locked in a legal tussle for more than a decade and prior to that minimum exploration wasn't conducted.

It's a very exciting and attractive deal for BCN holders.
