It is tricky as we have directors who has a large stake as Shareholders and noted in BDOs that they cannot make a fair value case if they do not have the resource estimate for Lady.
Either way we have to take at good faith the directors who have got us here are of the belief it offers BCN shareholders, themselves and Lady owners a way forward that drives growth and benefits for all.
