Hi Longtime
I'm unsure of this agreement it seems almost threatening if we don't vote this in.
I do think as holders we can ask some questions .
I am all for the guys receiving their well deserved compensation for their efforts and costs.
I do see this a benefit to us all but i believe its a little greedy and i will not be voting in favor of this agreement as its a little one sided.
i don't like the threatening nature to vote in the positive when it should be discussed.
