appreciate the analysis. i think a lot of the discussion here is misplaced.

There seems to be a focus on what GL get in the deal and not enough on what BCN holders get. I dont think having a pissing contest is productive.

what i want to know is what bcn holders get in comparison to
a) what we can get elsewhere
b) what we forgo of our own producion/exploration by processing GL first.
c) what is the return on the investment overall for BCN holders

if GL get a good cut i dont care *directly*, what i care about is the above as a BCN holder. otherwise any deal in perpetuity that we make we might be concerned what some other directors get.

I understand the view and im a healthy cynic myself, and the directors have done a pretty piss poor job of explaining the benefits to BCN but just because they happen to profit handsomly doesnt in and of itself make it a bad deal for BCN.
