Hells Bells, I've been watching this trainwreck for 15 years. MM is a scientist by inclination, is only interested in the project and is not a credible Buiness Development representative. The board is made up of well intentioned worthies without the slightest inclination of how to commercialise an asset, nor how badly BIT has been performing.

I'm not in the room, but I'm very sure there is not, and has mostly never been, any serious interest in any BIT asset from any potential partner. Next-Gen HIV (don't make me laugh) and CoV-2 are last-chance saloon pie-in-the-sky projects that keep MM and her team busy, but have no commercial value.
