I doubt very much that PLS are buying the LRS shares on offer as they have $1.6B in cash at the end of JUNE and are conserving it because of the climate at hand with the Li prices. That is WHY THIS IS A SCRIPT OFFER OF EXCHANGE OF THEIRS FOR OURS. No need for cash buyout and saves brokers fees.
