Once the project will get to production LRS shareholders will only get 6.4% of the profits
On the other hand LRS shareholders will receive 6.4% of PLS profits
PLS is probably the best company out there to aquire LRS but I think LRS shareholders should receive more.
The market must be in a really bad shape if the board is happy with 20c.
