Options and performance shares held by the BOD are all honoured and they dont miss out on their entitlements plus the fact they dont even have to pay for conversion as PLS have allocated 2.8 M PLS shares to cover these.
OK for them to get free and converted in PLS shares while shareholders are in the red and get burnt either way selling or get converted. No morals.
