Hi Rossi, the DOCA for RER and WAA have effectuated and all shares in these two companies are now owned by Gemcorp. RER and WAA are the companies that own the mine (and the gold project I believe ) . So WKT the holding company no longer owns these. So the Mine has gone.
The DOCA for what’s then left of WKT is still in progress with sale/recapitalisation being pursued. Wkt will still be the holding company for the subsidiaries I have highlighted in yellow. What value the may get or whether anyone interest3d in recapitalising I guess remains to be seen.
But the main value of WKT was in the two subsidiaries RER and WAA, and Gemcorp now owns them.
That’s my understanding of it.
