We need an Melon who would ask each individual like MM or Hoy in a company like Biotron and others in Govt to report about the work they have done in a week. R&D benefits taken for years were not propery used. If the work is meanignful, they will get paid, if not meaningful, they will get unpaid.
MM, HOY PN should have been unpaid until a tangible deal is done. If there was a fair govt system in place, people like MM and Hoy and PN would be caught red handed and fined from the super they have accumulated from the SHs and Tax payers money. Govt system need to be reformed. Too much bereaurocracy to tackle companies like Biotron!
