They want to raise a paltry $500k - that won't extend the life of the company for more than six months.
Plus, at a premium price pf 1 cent. Notable that the current SP has slipped today to be less than the asking price.
Also, no mention of what is happening with C14 - you'd think that if anything was happening in that space, they would used that information to sweeten the deal.
This effort by BIT is quite disgraceful. It will fail as well so, not a good look for BIT.
I do believe that this is looking like the last days for BIT.
