It would be great to put some meat on the bones of the current position. So right now they have put this very disappointing option on the table. Not good but if they had put their detailed valuation out today the whole thing would have been swamped by the rancour that has emerged today. So let us wait. They may already have something on the table. IMHO all management should volunteer to do everything forward of this point “pro bono”
Another comment. If all of us/you tried to find suckers in the market right now guess what the price you get would be. Give them a week to add puts that meat on to the bones Personally. I do think that the work done over the years and particularly the HIV help to assist the current drug regime should be marketable. Also there is one other aspect. I ask what is the value of the research results either to another BP or what is the spoiler value of not letting IP into a competitor hands.
