Not wanting to be critical but I'm not sure if you actually read today's announcement but I suggest that for the sake of accuracy you might want to read it again in detail. Doing so won't magically make it a good announcement but it will put into perspective some of the comments made.
Today you have posted several times stating that there is no mention of C14 in this announcement or where C14 is at. You also mention that "there is no mention how those funds will be use" etc. I hope these highlighted sections help.
So the directors will be participating. Hard to say if thats for the full $30k or just 1c !
