Well I guess the outcome depends on what the assets are worth, whether in administration or outside administration. If they are worth something, is it better to sell a going concern with a team in place, or is it better that administrators try to realise the assets after shutting everything down?
Is there anybody who would prefer to grab the assets without the overheads of paying for a team, and will pay more, or does the team add value to the assets.
Not really interested in the vengeful stuff - its a speculative investment. None of the management team have gotten rich from this. The costs have been extremely well managed too. I think this business would appeal to a company wanting to do similar virological work, that could see promise in the IP that Biotron has, especially if they had a project without a team to do it.
So bearing that in mind - do I tip in some cash to get an extra few months of haggling time, or not?
