I think Michelle and the BOD knows full well that the SPP has no hope of success and that’s why they said they will wind the company up if it fails, sort of a poor attempt at saving face so they are letting everyone know that this didn’t come as a complete surprise to them and they had a plan of action if the inevitable happed.
