I wonder the same thing because I really see no benefit to airing out the dirty laundry on a hostile relationship with the JV partner.. Doesn’t give great confidence that a higher offer is coming or another suitor is interested in paying more..
It’s just the same old situation of wondering what the bloody hell is even going on and what their intentions are with the DEG holdings they have. Kept hearing someone “could” walk through the door with an offer, I got impatient with that and sold most of my holdings so I can clear out some debts and moved to a small free hold position
