The contents of this letter has been discussed numerous times by the various negative commentators here of IMU HC and for many years ahead of this letter already. And hence any of us could have avoided this 90% slide if we just paid attention to the alternative negative (but in hindsight correct) view points shared by the negative calls here on IMU HC
For management to provide it just now as “some explanation” … to why “we have been hit hard” is just too much. No sh!T Sherlock .
I rather read the well informed negative bear case thesis on stocks I hold ahead of impending share price decline, than read managements “transparency letter” after the fact.
I agree with other comments that this letter is a primer for a cap raise coming soon. Likely to be massive and ugly for current holders.
Pay attention to the (correct) negative calls/views on IMU or pay the price with further share price declines - your choice.
