This is a good letter. Acknowledging all the issues and after a period of upheaval the business sounds like it's been reset at a financial and operational level. Seems to be a clear focus on prioritising most impactful projects and nursing them through to successful launch. Extensions in current WFH contracts a positive signal and hopefully new contracts not far away.. Also impressed with the calibre of expertise in the business to deliver successful outcomes..
