What an interesting announcement from the Chairman, Allan Farrar. This can be no more than a diversion. Why mention Michael George as the mover of the resolution to nominate Rathie as a director other than to try and shift blame to someone else?

Someone was needed to move the resolution, so it happened to be Michael George, so what! Let Rathie be nominated, unanimously accept it and let the shareholders decide if he is competent to fill the position.

Rathie left DDT at the beginning of the year and his term as Datatrace chairman has been a financial disaster. As a response to the Concerned Shareholders letter, is the current chairman suggesting in this announcement that Rathie would be good for DDT by urging all shareholders not to oppose the resolution. Or is he suggesting this as a side swipe at Michael George because he stood up to Farrar and the Board during the last capital raising mess?

Think about this though. If DDT has managed to turn itself around in just two months following last year's disastrous performance and the future looks so bright, why is Farrar not standing for re-election himself?

This has got to be deception at its best.
