Personally I think that technical analysis is of very little or no use with these small specky mining stocks. I can understand its use with large stocks with huge volumes (where many participants are using the same tools so the system is self-fulfilling), however these small stocks are driven almost exclusively by news flow. Good news, shares rise, bad news, shares fall. All the technical analysis in the world will make no difference to the price movement if they hit paydirt for example, and likewise it will make no difference if the news is bad e.g. disappointing drill results. To me its illogical to put any faith in an analysis tool that is totally overridden by news flows.
