@johntie is spot on. Bryan mentioned LOIs of multiple amounts of 20mpta weeks ago, but the official comms released just as Regal can start playing games. In shareholders' best interest? Nope, not even close.
Money to be made short term if you can pick Regal's moves. It's already started.
