There is nothing that is cast iron (other than cast iron) when it comes to business development. I think we are being too hard on the management at this early point in the companies development. There is no way that they could have foreseen the impact of the Russia/Ukraine war, or the ongoing Covid issues on supply chains.
Give your management a break, and lets see when/what drops regarding revised BFS target and timeline
