This positive announcement has nothing to do with Regal, it was actually foreshadowed at the Q & A session last month. The 20MTA start-up may have been over ambitious, but I would like to think that most of the work done on the BFS over the last 18 months would be transferrable to the newly conceived scaled up BFS, and with "mining groups, steel mill operators, and commodity traders who also expressing an investment interest to support (the) development" surely this is way oversold at current levels...
