This announcement confirms that you have successfully purchased another 4m in ANMA plus 3m in line line upgrades to the plant. On one hand there is a temporarily diluted SP on paper awaiting an overdue rerate, and on the other the future LT production potential is sealed and compounded.

If you are selling right now you have missed the primary rule in trading "patience" with only eight weeks out you would be regarded as a "bit special" having a sell order in play, unless of course you are manipulating.

The larger holders will more than likely take up the offer because they cant get their hands on another 5% on market at this price, and have the inside intel on what is really happening here. That said we wont know until December.

This week will end the capital raise for acquisitions concern. Leaving the only question will Wilton get to his 85m target for the bonus shares as he would've completed the other KPI which is assembly line.

We think all the larger holders will take the offer, Wilton will exceed his target on the back half of the FY and nothing will hold it back. If there are further revenue contract announcements that have been held back that appear in the following weeks and you've sold, I'm afraid you've been manipulated on glaringly positive fundamentals "the secondary rule" and in order for the bigger holders to increase there holding at 5c without forcing the market to spike. They too are buying the assets in this raise.

The next A2 is approaching fast and there is nothing you can do about it.
